Rental Requirements: 

All renters must be at least 25, and all drivers must be at least 21, having completed a boater's education course if born on or before September 1st, 1993.
Waivers must be signed prior to departure.
Operating Requirements:

ALL riders must wear a US Coast Guard approved life jacket/personal flotation device (PFD) at ALL times while on the watercraft. Riders should also wear protective clothing. You must wear shorts with neoprene (wet suit material) to keep water from being forcefully injected into body cavities during a fall backward.
Normal swimwear does not provide adequate protection and can result in severe internal injuries to the rectum and vagina. Prime Water Craft Rentals, LLC and SEADOO are not responsible for any injuries caused by renter's not wearing proper protective clothing.
